Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Sellers agree that their listings will:

✓ Maintain confidentiality by not revealing specific business names publicly
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on our Platform.
Users may not:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools
Attempt to circumvent platform fees
Upload viruses or malicious code
Use the Platform for illegal purposes
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Manipulate business valuations
